Tip-Tracker Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Tip-Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1️⃣ Service Description

Tip-Tracker provides cloud-based tip pooling, calculation, and reporting tools for restaurants and hospitality businesses.

2️⃣ Account Ownership

Restaurant owners and managers create and maintain organization accounts. Employees are invited to create personal accounts to view tip data.

You are responsible for the security of your login and account.

3️⃣ Subscription and Payments

Tip-Tracker operates on a subscription basis, typically priced per employee. Payments are securely processed by Stripe. Non-payment may result in suspension of both the organization and employee access.

4️⃣ User Data

You agree that we may collect and process business and employee data as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring your employees understand this when you invite them to Tip-Tracker.

5️⃣ Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or non-payment. When an organization is suspended, all associated employee access will be disabled.

6️⃣ Limitations of Liability

Tip-Tracker is provided "as is." We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

7️⃣ Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
